Butterfli was raising her young child when an employer suggested to her to “work from home.” Given the opportunity to tele-commute and balance motherhood, Butterfli focused on developing proficient technical and virtual communication skills, to support a busy corporate office.

Working virtually for ten years, referrals for new business were coming in and Butterfli was being hired as an independent contractor to manage projects such as Assisting Editor, Database Manager and Event Planner.
